Monday 4-8 pm
Tuesday 9:15am-noon & 4-8 pm
Wednesday 10am-noon & 4-8 pm
Thursday 9:45-11:30am & 4-8 pm
Friday 4-8 pm
Saturday 9:30am-noon
(Saturday and Sunday hours by appointment)
Closing Policy
If Vestal schools are closed in the morning, we cancel morning classes. Afternoon and evening classes are usually held as scheduled, however please call ahead before driving to the gym.
