Optional Team
The optional team consists of gymnasts competing at Levels 7 and above. Gymnasts on the optional team use routines choreographed to express each gymnast's personal strengths while incorporating the required skills for each level.
Compulsory Team
The compulsory team consists of gymnasts competing at Levels 4-6. Gymnasts on the compulsory team use pre-designed routines designating specific skills required of all gymnasts at each compulsory level.
Pre-Team
Pre-team gymnasts learn gymnastics basics which will ready them for the competitive team.
